還只懂 KAWS 聯名？淺談 DANIEL ARSHAM X 寶可夢 X UNIQLO 全新聯乘服飾屌在哪！

前回我們提到日本潮流藝術家 村上隆 即將攜手 美樂蒂 展開全新聯名計劃後，近期相當火紅的石雕藝術家 Daniel Arsham 在相繼與空山基、Dior 等設計師與時尚名所合作後，這位新銳藝術家早先也首度與 Pokémon 寶可夢推出「Relics of Kanto Through Time」合作計劃，稍早更曝光將接續聯手著名服飾品牌 UNIQLO 推出超質感的「石雕 UT」系列！

本次的三方聯名延續 Daniel 與 Pokémon 先前以「一千年後出土的日本關東遺物」為主題打造的作品計劃，將眾多著名的寶可夢角色以其「破損石雕及蔓生水晶」的元素重新設計，讓這些家喻戶曉的神奇寶貝們在全新的藝術創作下重生。全款透過黑白極簡雙色打底來呈現 Daniel 所繪製對於皮卡丘、小智、胖丁、超夢等角色在經過「千年歲月洗禮出土」後的樣貌，一旁標註的「3020」也正是這位藝術家在 2020 對於遙遠未來的前瞻看法與大膽想像！

「我喜歡寶可夢世界裡，那種不同於日常的奇幻宇宙，它全球性的影響力讓我想把它與我的作品融合。」

Daniel 也提到，他的創作都是源自於生活日常與當下潮流物件為發想進行創作，而本次與寶可夢的合作有其他的藝術家一同參與，對他來說是相當特別的經驗。另外，他亦是首位得以進入「寶可夢檔案庫」（Pokémon Archive）的視覺藝術家，在閱覽所有的寶貝圖鑑後將樣本帶回工作室後也不斷的與母公司溝通後，透過他特殊的「虛構考古學」（Fictional Archeology）風格融入當代的環境與文化的特色，並結合石雕與水晶等材質成功詮釋出一種當今前所未見的「未來廢墟感」，在石雕隨時間的侵蝕下卻也同時呈現與時俱進生長的水晶，撞擊出了跳脫時間的全新視野！

「我希望能透過自己的作品來突破自己與人們對於『時間』的概念與理解。」

站在未來考古學家的角度，Daniel 的「虛構考古學」不僅是一種全新的創作風格，同時也鼓勵人們透過不斷的思考與創意來航向更遙遠的時間與空間，來突破自我對於時間的既有理解和框架，並拓展自身對於時代的視野和提升全新的人生體驗。今回 Daniel Arsham x Pokémon x Uniqlo 兼具藝術、潮流與哲學價值的嶄新聯名系列也即將於 4 月 24 日正式登場，絕對是各位千萬不能錯過的超質感單品啊！

Over the past year, I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with the @pokemon company and the animators from their studio. As the first visual artist to be granted access to the Pokémon Archive, my intention with the project was to not only bring the universe of Pokémon and the characters into my work, but to have my work infiltrate the Pokémon universe, as well. As a part of my collaboration with Pokémon, a collection of designs with @uniqlo and @uniqlo.ut will be releasing April 24th online globally. My studio worked with the design team from the original series to create this animation, even using the real voice of Pikachu. Join me in Kanto over the next year as this special project rolls out. 🧩
