炎熱的夏季總是讓人食不下嚥，這時候如果能來點「消暑」的美食絕對是一大享受！生魚片在夏天是不少饕客的第一首選，尤其是富含油脂的鮭魚生魚片，冰涼口感混合芥末的嗆辣餘韻，讓人想一口接著一口吃不停。日前新加坡一間壽司店變看好「鮭魚」的商機，推出一道令人口水狂流的特製「鮭魚生魚片沾麵」。

這間來自新加坡的人氣網美壽司店 「Run Run Sushi」主打方便外帶的美味花壽司，但由於鮭魚花壽司實在賣得太好，店家索性在炎熱的夏季推出「鮭魚生魚片特製沾麵」，且僅能用網路訂購。只見油花滿滿的鮭魚魚身被切成細長的麵條狀，在沾下日式淡醬油和芥末，大口吃進嘴裡簡直太幸福！喜歡吃生魚片的朋友不妨把 Run Run Sushi 列入口袋清單，亦可延伸閱讀：隨時隨地都能吃到肉丸子了！IKEA 攜手 UBER EATS 美食外送，還有優惠超划算！
