今年即將迎來出道 10 週年的女團 BLACKPINK，原本準備展開紀念活動，沒想到經紀公司 YG 娛樂卻先爆出突發狀況。有一名女子手持高爾夫球桿闖到 YG 娛樂公司門口，並大力砸向大樓玻璃，警方獲報後趕抵現場處理。不過相關影片快速在社群平台流傳。據目擊者表示，警方曾經檢查女子隨身物品，沒有發現任何偶像周邊，無法確認她是否為粉絲。不過，由於事件恰巧發生在 BLACKPINK 10 週年活動前夕，也讓不少網友聯想到近期引發爭議的周年企劃。

爭議起因於 YG 娛樂 6 日公布 8 月 8 日將舉辦 BLACKPINK 出道 10 週年活動，但活動資訊卻讓粉絲超失望。不只距離活動只剩兩天才對外公告，還只寫「下午」、地點標示「首爾某處」，參加資格還限定 7 月 31 日前，已加入 BLACKPINK Weverse 付費會員者，開放名額僅 40 人，報名時間更只有短短數小時。

除此之外，官方起初還表示活動將由「部分成員」出席，韓媒更曾經報導 Lisa 因行程因素恐怕無法現身，讓粉絲不滿 10 週年竟安排得毫無誠意，紛紛怒喊「這就是10週年的待遇嗎」。
此外，Rosé 日前被拍到人在美國洛杉磯，也一度引發外界擔心她恐怕無法返韓參與活動。YG 娛樂隨後出面澄清，表示她早已將 8 月 8 日行程列為優先，海外工作也提前完成安排，確定會返韓與粉絲見面。而就在 7 日上午、活動前一天，YG 也緊急發表最新聲明，宣布 BLACKPINK 四位成員將全數出席 10 週年活動。
