據《 Page Six 》報導，Byron 疑似對 Coldplay 主唱克里斯馬汀（ Chris Martin ）表達強烈不滿，指控對方在演唱會現場公然調侃自己，讓他現在淪為網路迷因。消息指出，他自認未經同意就被拍攝並公開放送深感受辱，因此考慮對樂團與主辦單位提起法律行動。不過律師指出如果要成立誹謗罪，必須證明馬汀當下知道並無外遇事實卻仍故意發言，因此勝訴難度極高。也有律師直言，這些針對 Coldplay 的訴訟都很無理取鬧，隱私侵權的指控也站不住腳。
