目前傳出兩人考慮的地點還包括羅德島州、堪薩斯州、密蘇里州、紐約州以及田納西州。其中，專家普遍認為羅德島州最適合保障泰勒絲龐大資產，堪薩斯州則因法院立場相對穩定，被視為第二選擇；反觀紐約州，因法官審查婚前協議特別嚴格，甚至可能判定無效，因此被認為風險最高。
