NBA 達拉斯獨行俠本季重磅送出當家球星 Luka Dončić，跟湖人換來明星中鋒 Anthony Davis，該交易也被視為史上最大咖的球星交易案之一。然而隨著獨行俠進入附加賽行列，原先就飽受批評的獨行俠高層再度成為眾矢之的，近期獨行俠總經理Nico Harrison 就辦了一場媒體會議，以當年「勇士交易 Bogut」來比喻這次的決定。
Luka Dončić 與 Anthony Davis 的交易，讓獨行俠高層飽受球迷批評。日前湖人作客達拉斯，現場觀眾還群起喊要炒掉 Nico，現在隨著湖人以西區第三種子進入季後賽，獨行俠則要打附加賽，讓該交易再度被球迷提起。
不過在近期獨行俠總經理 Nico Harrison 與球隊執行長 Rick Welts 辦了一場媒體會議，在獨行俠記者 Tim Cato 於 Podcast 上分享談及到的內容中，Nico Harrison 不斷強調防守才是他們奪得總冠軍的關鍵，並表示 Anthony Davis 就是獨行俠需要的那種領袖，甚至還表示：「勇士曾送走 Monta Ellis 換來 Andrew Bogut，因為他們有 Steph Curry 這名後衛所以變得更好，而 Steph Curry 後來讓全體球迷都愛上了他。」
同時 Nico Harrison 還表示沒人能保證 Luka Dončić 會簽下超級頂薪合約，所以沒考慮先續約後再交易，而對於如何看待球迷們失去 Luka Dončić 的感受？Nico Harrison 則說道：「我的責任是對達拉斯獨行俠負責，什麼最符合獨行俠的利益？這才是最重要的。」
