根據知名記者 Shams Charania 的消息指出，美國洛杉磯週四凌晨發生一起嚴重車禍，駕駛為前 NBA 球星 Gilbert Arenas 之子 Alijah Arenas，他的特斯拉 Cybertruck 在撞上樹木與消防栓後起火，緊急送往醫院急救，從車頭凹陷的狀況來看，撞擊力道相當猛烈。洛杉磯警察局表示 Alijah Arenas 目前狀況算是穩定，經初步檢查身體沒有骨折跡象，但傷勢嚴重，陷入昏迷。
Alijah Arenas 年僅 18 歲，卻早已在美國高中籃壇掀起話題。他效力於加州 Chatsworth 高中，場均砍下近 30 分，職業生涯突破 3000 分，成為洛杉磯地區首位達成此紀錄的高中男籃選手。身高 6 呎 6 吋的他具備優異得分爆發力與全面能力，被 ESPN 評為 2025 屆全美第 13 名的五星級新秀，並已承諾加入南加州大學（USC）。
