這將是 Beal 職涯單季最少出賽紀錄，也再度凸顯他近年的健康隱憂——自 2018-19 賽季起，他再也沒有單季出賽超過 60 場。
隨著賽季報銷，Beal 幾乎確定會執行明年價值 562 萬美元的球員選項。快艇則有資格申請價值約 268 萬美元的傷病特例，但無法突破硬薪資上限；加上目前只有 14 名標準球員，最快也要等到 1 月才能補進第 15 人。

短期內快艇難以靠補強填補空缺，只能寄望 Bojan Bogdanovic、Chris Paul 等老將回神，而 John Collins 的進攻角色勢必要进一步提升，以減輕 James Harden 與 Kawhi Leonard（待傷癒）肩上的壓力。
