快艇球團5大嚴重違規事項
調查查明，快艇管理層存在一系列不當行為，多次嚴重違反聯盟規則，且該隊此前就曾有過規避薪資上限的違規前科。根據調查摘要報告，快艇的違規行為包含：
1.主動牽線，為Kawhi Leonard對接4家與球隊有業務往來的公司（Aspiration Partners、Boingo Wireless、Daktronics以及Lockton Insurance），為其創造場外收入管道。

Kawhi Leonard與團隊違規行為
Kawhi Leonard透過其代理人Dennis Robertson實施相關行為，同樣觸犯了規避薪資上限的規則：向快艇施壓，要求球隊協助自己獲取場外商業收益，並且實際拿到了相關商業機會；同時，他也沒有償還快艇替他墊付的個人開銷。
聯盟祭出史上最重磅8大懲處
針對上述違規行為，NBA開出以下嚴厲處罰：
1.快艇遭剝奪5個首輪選秀權，分別為2029、2030、2031、2032及2033年NBA選秀大會各1枚首輪籤。
2.快艇遭處以3000萬美元罰款。

7.Kawhi Leonard因自身違規，需向聯盟繳納70萬美元罰款。

聯盟總裁重申勞資協議底線
