🚨 WORLD EXCLUSIVE BOMBSHELL FROM @TheSun: Meghan’s dad Thomas Markle Snr, 82, is being investigated over an alleged enormous stash of child sex abuse images after his own son reported him to police. • Thomas Jnr says he found the material in four large cardboard boxes at his father’s home in Cebu, Philippines, where it had been left behind. • Markle Snr had returned to the US in May after a stroke, blood clot and the amputation of his left leg, allegedly abandoning the boxes among his belongings. • The discovery came while Thomas Jnr searched for a phone for his girlfriend’s father; he claims a video and still images appeared on an old LG mobile, prompting him to alert authorities. • He later retrieved the remaining boxes from storage and used a local IT expert to access three hard drives, where he says further material was stored alongside old family items, phones, VHS tapes, books and even professional documents. • On 10 July he filed reports with the FBI hotline, the National Centre for Exploited and Missing Children and Pennsylvania state police; after receiving no follow-up he escalated the matter to detectives in the Philippines. • Investigators in both countries are now preparing to seize the alleged evidence. A source close to Meghan told The Sun: “Now maybe people will finally understand why she has had nothing to do with her father since 2018.” Thomas Jnr told The Sun after submitting his sworn statement to child abuse police in the Philippines tonight: “When I found this material I was horrified and I had no option but to report my dad. “I have supported, cared for him and helped him for years, but that stops now. “I won’t speak to my father ever again unless I’m called to give evidence against him.” He confided to one: “What I saw made me sick to the stomach — all this stuff was just dumped on me and I didn’t know what to do. “I knew right away it was highly illegal and would land me in jail for a long time if I didn’t get rid of it. I felt betrayed, angry and disgusted, and realised I had to report him.” Thomas Jnr told his pal: “There was an unbelievable amount of stuff — old family home movies on VHS cassettes, books, nine mobile phones, along with the Emmy Awards he won for his TV work. “But there were also many more worrying items which I’d never seen before.” Utterly shocking and deeply disturbing. Thomas Markle Snr has not yet responded. This is a major story the Royal Family will desperately want kept at arm’s length, but they will almost certainly face questions, and the mere association is already damaging.
