根據《Page Six》報導，這場婚禮邀請約 1,000 名賓客參與，場地布置運用人造樹木、綠色植栽及各式訂製家具，部分物品還印有泰勒絲與凱爾西名字縮寫交織而成的專屬標誌。
知情人士透露，為了避免這些獨一無二的婚禮用品遭人取走，進而流入拍賣市場或被轉賣牟利，工作人員必須在活動結束後將相關物品運離現場，據稱更出動 11 輛大卡車，將裝飾品從紐約載往賓夕法尼亞州，準備進行焚燒處理。

消息人士表示，泰勒絲的全球知名度讓任何與婚禮有關的物品，都可能成為粉絲與收藏家的搶購目標，婚禮舉行期間場館外也曾聚集大批民眾，希望一睹現場布置，甚至試圖取得相關紀念品。
